Fluidization freezing of champignon mushrooms
An OctoFrost IQF tunnel with a cooling capacity of Q=305 kW (2.2 tons/hour) is used to freeze champignons.
Storage chambers for frozen product:
- 7 cameras with a maximum load of 264 tons each;
- Refrigerant: R507a;
- Circulation ratio: 3 to 1;
- Pump supply of refrigerant;
- thermofin® TEN and TEB series evaporators and thermofin® TCH series condenser
Two refrigeration multi-compressors stations:
- Mushroom freezing: refrigeration supply for the IQF tunnel - refrigerating station based on 5 Bitzer HSN 8591 - 160 compressors. Refrigeration capacity: Q= 354 kW at Te= -45 ºС, Tc = 45 ºС, R507.
- Frozen product storage - refrigerating station based on 4 Frascold Z40-154Y compressors. Refrigeration capacity: Q= 165 kW at Te= -25 ºС, Tc = 45 ºС, R507.
