Located in the bypass between the high and low pressure sides of the air dryer, they maintain the compressor suction pressure by injecting hot/cool gas from the high pressure side. TGHE has external pressure compensation and opens directly when the compressor suction pressure drops.

TGHE hot gas bypass regulators equipped with a laser-welded stainless steel diaphragm for high pressure resistance and a sensor serving as a fill tank. However, it is recommended to place sensor in a location where temperature fluctuations are limited. The regulators are adapted to work with R410A and R134a refrigerants and have an adjustable setting for precise tuning. Their hot gas replacement capacity is up to 28.9 kW for R410A refrigerant. They have high-strength, vibration-resistant capillaries. The compact, hermetic construction ensures the leakproofness of the regulator.
