The range of Universal Liquid Receivers GVN HV. They are available in various dimensions and connector diameters, allowing for customization to every application. The refrigerant receivers are designed to operate in condensing units using refrigerants from HCFC, HFC groups, R410A, R744 (CO2), R290 (propane), and R717 (ammonia). Manufactured in compliance with CE Directive 2014/68/EU [PED] and approved for operation with maximum working pressures of 33 and 45 bar. Available tank volume range from 25.0 to 200.0 l.
H.45b refrigerant receiver models are designed for subcritical CO2 applications. They have been protected against corrosion through a 500-hour salt mist test.
Liquid receivers enable the protection of the refrigeration system against fluctuating refrigerant demand, ensuring proper gas circulation within the system. They serve as a buffer between the liquid and hot gas on the high-pressure side of the system, preventing the hot gas from entering the evaporator. They are also used for collecting and storing refrigerant when maintenance is required.
Optional equipment such as a Rotolock valve allows for servicing of the refrigeration system without the need to remove refrigerant from the system.
