The range of high-performance gas coolers Alfa LU-VE Alfa Blue Junior for commercial refrigeration and air conditioning. Gas coolers designed for natural refrigerant CO2, in the nominal capacity range from 6,60 to 253,56 kW. They allow for easy installation on-site and perfect integration with other components.

Gas coolers are characterized by quiet operation, low energy consumption and robust design that ensures high reliability even in harsh operating conditions. The maximum operating pressure is 120 bar.

Gas coolers AlfaBlue Junior are equipped as standard with high-performance AC fans or energy-efficient EC fans with diameters of 350, 500 and 630 mm, and four noise levels. They operate on a power supply of 230V/1~/50Hz. The motors have an external rotor and IP 54  protection class according to DIN 40050. The AC fan motors have integrated thermostats that provide reliable protection against thermal overload.

The frame construction ensures high durability in difficult operating conditions and protects the tubes against damage due to vibrations and stresses caused by thermal expansion. Casing made of galvanized steel sheet (high resistance to corrosion), coated by powder RAL 9002. The fans are housed in separate sections.

The innovative design of the block fin tubes made of K65 copper tubes and aluminium turbo fins with a standard fin spacing of 2,1 mm. The optimal combination of aluminium fins with copper tubes results in higher efficiency with low airflow, low energy consumption of fan motors, and low noise levels. Each heat exchanger is leak tasted with dry air and then charged with nitrogen.
