The series of hermetic scroll compressors from Danfoss is designed for air conditioning systems with medium evaporation temperatures. Models are compatible with R410A refrigerant, with displacement ranging from 15.1 m3/h to 20.3 m3/h. Danfoss HCJ scroll compressors in universal, compact dimensions with various connections are characterized by high energy efficiency, quiet operation, and minimal vibrations. Very high operational reliability is ensured by the thermal valve with patented internal protection combined with HOOP overheating protection. Lead-free bearings guarantee high system efficiency even with poor lubrication.
Danfoss HCJ scroll compressors for air conditioning systems, available in single or three-phase versions, are typically intended for use in single-compressor systems. The standard dimensions and piping connections of this series provide flexibility in installation, both in new systems and as replacement parts. The discharge check valve prevents backflow of the scrolls and associated noise during compressor shutdown. The radial and axial compliance of the scrolls ensures an exceptional slugging capability and very low starting torque.
