We are pleased to offer a series of Thermofin commercial air coolers for use in cold rooms in: supermarkets, gastronomy and trade, as well as for deep freezing. The evaporators, adapted to work with the CO2 refrigerant, are equipped with axial fans with diameter of 200 to 630 mm. TOZ cubic coolers provide high-quality cooling with a nominal capacity from 1.4 to 142.7 kW. Airflow from 751 to 46 984 m3/h.
Casing. Standard housing made of aluminium or galvanized steel with food-safe RAL 9010 powder coating in color, robust self-supporting structure.
Block fin tubes. Internally corrugated copper tubing with diameter of 12 mm. Slats made of aluminium, 4 or 7 mm spacing. Refrigerant connection located in the airflow direction on the right side. To prevent oxidation, the exchangers are brazed under a protective gas atmosphere. On special request, TOZ air coolers can be equipped with epoxy-coated aluminium fins.
Fans. The coolers are equipped with silent axial fans with diameter of 200 to 630 mm, with maintenance-free external rotor, IP54 protection class, F insulation class. Working range from -30 °C to 65 °C. Motors equipped with thermal protection on the winding. Blow off in the direction of the airflow.
Defrosting. Optional electrical defrosting of the block and tray prepared for connection in an electrical box in accordance with EN 60204-1 standard.
Drip tray. Drip trays made of aluminium with RAL 9010 powder coated. It has a polyamide condensate drain and threaded connection. The trays are tilted for easy cleaning.
