We are pleased to offer the Thermofin commercial air cooler for smaller cold room applications. Evaporators equipped with energy-saving axial fans with a diameter of 200 or 300 mm, forcing air through the block fin tube. TEMB flat coolers ensure high cooling quality with nominal capacity from 0.9 to 13.8 kW. Airflow ranges from 389 to 6 507 m3/h.
Casing. Standard body made of galvanized steel with RAL 9010 powder coated housing that is durable and has a self-supporting structure.
Block fin tube. Internally corrugated copper tubing with a diameter of 12 mm. Slats made of aluminum, with 4 or 7 mm spacing. Refrigerant connection located in the airflow direction on the right side. To prevent oxidation, the exchangers are brazed under a protective gas atmosphere. On special request, TEMB air coolers can be equipped with epoxy coated aluminum fins.
Fans. The coolers are equipped with silent axial fans with diameter of 200 to 300 mm, with maintenance-free external rotor, IP 54 protection class, B insulation class. Motors are thermally protected on the winding. Working temperature ranges from -30 °C to 60 °C. The fans force the air through the block fin tube. Two independent and freely programmable fan speed levels.
Defrosting. Optional electrical defrosting of the block and tray prepared for connection in an electrical box in accordance with EN 60204-1 standard.
Drip tray. Drip trays are made of aluminum and have RAL9010 powder coated. They have a polyamide condensate drain and threaded connection.
