The range of Alfa LU-VE Arctigo ISBE industrial air coolers with one-way air flow, designed for applications in demanding cooling and freezing processes, in medium and large rooms. Cubic coolers adapted to work with refrigerants from the HFC group, in the nominal capacity range from 2,72 kW to 249,42 kW. They are optimized for work at the air temperatures about 0°C and with the small temperature differences, it helps to prevent dehydration of the products.
Models are equipped with AC fans or energy-saving EC, with diameter from 450 to 1000 mm.
The series of Alfa LU-VE Arctigo ISBE designed for storing fresh vegetables and fruits. The maximum height of the cooler is 587 mm. The large heat exchange surface increases efficiency in frosty or dirty conditions.
Air coolers can be equipped with a block fin tubes with a triangular or square geometry. The triangular geometry provides lower fin temperatures and higher capacity per m2 of the block surface, it allows to make radiator more compact. The square geometry results in a larger heat exchange surface area, which reduces air pressure drop and fan power consumption. This solution is suitable for applications requiring high relative humidity.
A wide range of optional equipment: diffuser (D), diffuser with defrost damper (DO), shut-up sock (S), air sock adapter ring (SR), streamer (ST), central junction box (CB1), body and frame made of acid-resistant steel (SSC), fin protection (EP) or made of sea water resistant aluminium (SWR), double fin space (DF), service switch (SW), steering wheel cover 45°(H1) or 90°(H2) and many others.
Arctigo ISBE coolers are equipped with suction fans, from 1 to 8 pcs, with two fan motor speeds: 400V/3~/50Hz and 230V/1~/50Hz (for diameter 450 mm) and two sound levels (Δ/Y connection) for AC 3ph fans. EC fans can be selected according to different rotation speeds. Build-in thermal contacts provide reliable protection against thermal overload.
Each heat exchanger is tested for leaks with dry air.
