The range of Alfa LU-VE Arctigo IDBA industrial air coolers with two-way air flow, designed for use in demanding cooling and freezing processes in medium and large cooling rooms. Flat coolers are intended for work with the natural refrigerant R717 (NH3) in capacity range from 2,12 kW to 129,87 kW.
They are equipped with AC fans or energy-saving EC fans with diameters: 450, 500 to 630 mm. Alfa LU-VE Arctigo IDBA allow to maintain the temperature in the range from -35°C to +20°C, both in high and low humidity environments.
Thanks to various configurations and a number of additional options, Arctigo IDBA air coolers can be the best choice for a specific application and type of refrigerant. They can be configured for sensitive applications such as crop storage.
Air coolers can be equipped with a block fin tubes with square geometry.
It provides a larger heat exchange surface area, which reduces the number of defrost, extends cooling periods, reduces air pressure drop and fans energy consumption. This solution is suitable for applications requiring high relative humidity. The large heat exchange surface increases efficiency in frosty or dirty conditions.
A wide range of optional equipment: central junction box (СB/CB1), body and frame made of acid-resistant steel (SSC), fin protection (EP) or made of sea water resistant aluminium (SWR), service switch (SW), connected fan frame heater (FRH), drip tray insulation (I2) and many others insure flexibility in the selection of air coolers to the requests of a specific application.
Arctigo IDBA coolers are equipped with fans, from 1 to 5 pcs, with diameters from 450 to 630 mm, and two fan motor speeds: 400V/3~/50Hz and 230V/1~/50Hz and two noise levels (Δ/Y connection). Build-in thermal contacts provide reliable protection against thermal overload.
