The insulation sheets are characterized by very good flexibility and high resistance to water vapour diffusion, as well as low thermal conductivity. They are recommended for creating durable and tight insulation for pipes and tanks in ventilation, air conditioning, industrial, heating, and sanitary installations. Also available in self-adhesive versions. They are a convenient and versatile solution for insulating large surfaces that can be customized to specific dimensions and shapes.   • In self-adhesive sheets with a thickness of 40 mm and 50 mm, the adhesive coating is for positioning the sheet only. We recommend installation using the adhesive system.

Characteristics of K-Flex sheets:

  • Flexibility and adaptability. K-Flex sheets are flexible, allowing for easy adaptation to various shapes and surfaces. This is particularly useful for insulating non-standard shapes.
  • Temperature resistance. K-Flex sheets are designed to work within a wide temperature range, both low and high temperatures (-165°C to +85°C depending on the product range).
  • Resistance to condensation. The insulation provided by K-Flex sheets helps prevent moisture condensation on insulated surfaces.
  • Insulation materials. K-Flex sheets can be made from various materials, such as thermoplastic elastomers, synthetic rubbers, or polyethylene foam, depending on insulation requirements.
  • Fire resistance. Depending on the type of sheet, some K-Flex versions may have enhanced fire resistance.
  • Easy installation. Sheets are supplied as flat pieces that can be easily cut and customized as needed. Installing K-Flex sheets is relatively straightforward and can be done using appropriate tools.
  • Acoustic insulation. In some cases, K-Flex sheets may also offer certain acoustic insulation properties, help in noise reduction.
