We offer a range of Danfoss electronically controlled expansion valves for refrigeration applications. Valves adapted to work with refrigerants: R744, R22, R23, R134a, R404A, R407A, R407C, R407F, R410A, R422B, R422D, R448A, R449A, R449B, R450A, R452A, R507, R513A, R507 with nominal capacity from 0,2 to 530.0 kW (R404A/R507). Intended for use with Danfoss ADAP-KOOL® series controllers. AKV electronic expansion valve is perfect for food retail refrigeration systems to ensure safe and reliable operation. Application: traditional cooling systems, cooling chambers, chilled water units.
AKV valves are supplied as part of the parts program with a separate valve body and solenoid (with terminal box, cable or DIN plug). They are equipped with a replaceable nozzle installation and are available with ODF soldering connections (AKV15 and AKV20 - straight bodies, AKV10 - angular bodies). In some applications, the AKVA electronic expansion valve can be used as both an expansion valve and a solenoid valve. Integration with the ADAP-KOOL® system optimizes valve operation.
AKV valve has a number of advantages to improve the daily operation of the refrigeration system: precise temperature control ensuring high food quality, long service life (> 50 million cycles), easy service and low maintenance costs, and automatic closing of the valve in case of a power failure. No setting required.
